Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Available.
Location: Salem, NH.

We are seeking a Line Lead/Cook who can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help us deliver the best experience to our customers.

Salary/Hours:

Start Immediately!
Competitive pay (base salary plus tip pooling).
Hours are 3pm to close M-F, 8am to close S-S.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the kitchen team and assist with daily operations.
Prepare and cook menu items to company standards.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Handle food prep, inventory, and ordering supplies.

Other Administrative Tasks:

Manage staff schedules and shift assignments.
Assist with payroll tracking and basic reporting.
Deliver exceptional customer service when needed.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a cook; leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
A positive attitude and passion for food and customer service.
