Penalty Box Bar & Grill is hiring Part-Time Counter Help / Cashiers to join our front-of-house crew!

No restaurant experience? No problem — we will train you! All you need is a positive attitude, great customer service energy, and availability to work nights and weekends.

Because this role includes handling and serving beers from the counter, you must be 18+ to apply.

We’re a family-run rink restaurant serving great food to players, parents, fans, and birthday party guests. If you thrive in a lively atmosphere and love being part of a team, this role is for you!

Role Type & Location:

Part-Time.
Salem, NH – inside the Salem Icenter.
Must be 18 or older to serve alcoholic beverages.

What You’ll Do:

Greet guests and take orders with a friendly attitude.
Operate the register & process payments accurately.
Assist with food service and light prep.
Serve canned / draft beverages (18+ required).
Keep counters, dining areas, and prep areas stocked & clean.
Help with birthday parties & rink events.
Maintain a fun, positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 18+.
No experience required — we train you.
Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn.
Customer-focused with great communication skills.
Enjoys fast-paced environments.
Able to work nights & weekends (hockey season hours).
