Penalty Box Bar & Grill is hiring a Full-Time Counter Help / Cashier to join our front-of-house crew!

No restaurant experience? No problem — we will train you! Bring a positive attitude, great customer service energy, and a readiness to jump in.

Because this role includes serving alcoholic beverages, you must be 18+ to apply.

We’re a family-run hockey-rink restaurant, serving great food to players, parents, fans, and birthday party guests. If you love staying busy, working with people, and being part of the rink community — this job is for you.

Role Type & Location:

Full-Time.
Salem, NH — inside the Salem Icenter.
Must be 18 or older to serve alcoholic beverages.

What You’ll Do:

Greet guests & take orders with a friendly attitude.
Run the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Serve food and assist with light prep.
Serve draft/canned beverages (18+ required).
Maintain clean dining & prep areas.
Stock supplies, assist with inventory & restocking.
Help with birthday parties & rink events.
Deliver outstanding hospitality and team support.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 18+.
Positive, reliable, customer-focused attitude.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
Enjoys fast-paced environments.
Able to stand and move during shifts.
Full-time availability — mix of weekdays, nights & weekends.
